教育经历

浙江大学(原浙江农业大学)园艺系,获学士学位;

浙江大学生物物理国家重点学科,获理学博士学位。

工作经历

北京大学生命科学学院蛋白质工程与植物基因工程国家重点实验室北大-耶鲁植物分子生物学中心从事博士后研究,合作导师为李毅教授;

美国宾夕法尼亚大学(University of Pennsylvania)生物系从事博士后研究,任研究科学家,合作导师为美国科学院院士Scott Poethig 教授;

浙江农林大学农业与食品科学学院教授。

研究方向

植物遗传、发育分子生物学、土壤污染物植物修复

实验室主要以拟南芥、园艺植物和林木为研究对象,采用遗传学、分子生物学、生理生化、基因组学等方法来研究微小 RNA-miR156 参与调控植物营养生长(植物童期形成)以及植物性型分化的分子机制,为缩短植物童期、改良植物生长发育提供理论依据。实验室同时开展遗传改良植物来提高对重金属镉及其它污染物积累的研究。
